Michelle Bozeman is a visionary technology and professional services executive with over 25 years of experience transforming teams, implementing emerging talent strategies, and developing senior leaders. She has held significant roles, including director at Microsoft and senior executive at Amazon Web Services, where she drove outcomes for the business and enterprise customers.
Michelle has been recognized for her extraordinary performance and contributions to business growth, receiving the Microsoft Circle of Excellence Gold Club award and multiple Microsoft Gold Star Awards. She is also the Founder and CEO of TBW Enterprises, LLC, a business specializing in development and coaching for mid-career women in technology.
Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland and a graduate certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard University. She has also completed additional studies in violin performance at Northwestern University and Westchester Conservatory of Music.
She serves on the board of Integrating Women Leaders Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to accelerating the advancement of all women to drive individual and organizational growth and impact. Additionally, she is on the advisory council of the Global Mentorship Initiative and is a former board member of the Charlotte Civic Orchestra, where she continues to perform as a violinist.
Michelle is the mother of three daughters and currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her husband.
